Before I started the coaching process, I was critical of myself for not being able to solve my own problems by trying the same solutions over and over again. When Jill and I began our sessions, I wasn't sure about what coaching would mean. I was surprised to find out that coaching isn't like therapy. It's not about trying to squeeze yourself into Jill's definition of happiness, it's about Jill helping you to find your own. Jill was incredibly supportive throughout the process and she helped me define my own goals and milestones and ways of achieving them as we uncovered the way to my greater happiness. After going through the coaching process with Jill, I have a better understanding of where I want to go in life and I am able to articulate how I can get there. - Jonathan Clase, Minneapolis, MN
