Experiential Spirituality Course

Experience being aware of and connected to the stillness within you with a group of likeminded adults. We perform a wide range of spiritual practices in an environment that encourages safety and discovery.  The course isn’t religious.  There are no belief systems required for these practices to be meaningful.
